By accessing trueagewellnessmarietta.com (the “Site”) or any content, products, or services offered by True Age Wellness, LLC (“True Age Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Use (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Changes to the Terms or Site

We may revise these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

5. Appointments, Payments & Insurance

True Age Wellness operates on a self-pay basis; we do not bill insurance. Full payment is due at the time services are rendered. We will furnish receipts you may submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement, but reimbursement is not guaranteed. Prices and services may change without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials on the Site (collectively, “Content”) are the property of True Age Wellness or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may view, download, or print Content for personal, non-commercial use only and must keep all copyright or proprietary notices intact. Any other use, including modification, republication, or distribution, is prohibited without our prior written consent.

7. Permitted & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUE AGE WELLNESS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless True Age Wellness, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms or relating to the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration (Optional)

At our sole discretion, we may require you to submit any dispute to binding arbitration in Cobb County, Georgia, administered by a recognized arbitration organization, rather than litigate in court. The Federal Arbitration Act and Georgia arbitration law will govern.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and True Age Wellness regarding the Site.
