For the health and safety of all customers, all supplement sales are final and non-returnable.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances for the following reasons:
Safety & Contamination Risk
Once a product leaves our controlled environment, we can no longer guarantee that it has been stored in accordance with FDA and manufacturer guidelines (e.g., temperature, humidity, tamper resistance). Accepting it back would introduce the possibility of contamination or adulteration.Tamper-Evident Packaging
Most nutraceuticals carry tamper-evident seals. Removing—or even loosening—those seals compromises product integrity. Returned items could not legally or ethically be resold.Regulatory Compliance
Federal and Georgia health regulations prohibit resale of ingestible products once they have left licensed premises. Strict chain-of-custody rules ensure consumer safety but prevent us from restocking returned supplements.Quality Assurance
Supplements are formulated to precise potency. Variations in storage (heat, sunlight, moisture) can degrade active ingredients. Reintegrating returned stock would undermine our quality-control standards.Allergy & Cross-Contamination Concerns
Re-issuing a product that may have been exposed to allergens poses an unacceptable risk to other patients.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (239) 595-6803 or trueagewellness@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or credit where applicable.
