The $250 New-Patient BHRT Package covers your consultation and all required lab panels only. Biote® pellet insertion is a separate procedure with its own fee, payable at the time of insertion. Pricing will be discussed after your lab results are reviewed and your personalized dosage is determined.

Payment & Policy
Because the consultation and lab orders are prepared specifically for you, the $250 package fee is collected at your first visit and is non-refundable—even if you later decide not to proceed with the Biote Pellet Insertion.
